Vision

Decisions are unavoidable; we make them all the time. Errors arise in the process, and we should learn from them. This brings us forward as individuals and the organisation as a whole. For this to happen, decision-making processes must be understood and there must be tolerance at the organisational level for learning from errors within the framework of a Just Culture. Competent, decisive and empowered team members with an understanding of team processes are essential in this environment.
