The instructor is competent and tried and tested, you can tell that immediately.

I particularly liked the practical structure and the effect of the method. I have already identified an issue where we believed we already had the solution. But during the workshop I realized that it was just a personal hypothesis. With the RCA method I can now really analyse the issue and find a proper solution!

I was picked up from A – Z, the RCA method was explained in an exciting and understandable way using examples from everyday life. I would register again.

The workshop was a complete hit, full marks!

On the one hand, I really liked the concept of RCA (structured approach), on the other hand, the theory supported by practical examples and, last but not least, the way the instructor conveyed the knowledge.

The learning content was presented well and in a practical manner and there was always open communication. We had enough time to work on the practical exercises. A good mix between theory and practice.
